Job Summary
Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors. Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate clinical staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while ensuring resident dignity and safety. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Requires current Indiana LPN license, minimum 18 years of age, and strong communication skills. Available for PRN shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
