Job Summary
LPN (Physician Substitute) on a lean center team responsible for donor health and safety and a positive donor experience. Monitor donor eligibility and safety, perform health screenings and physical exams, respond to donor reactions, and collaborate with center staff. Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight; keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant. Cross-trained in center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and earn more.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- Certified/license in the state of employment
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
