Job Summary
LPN (Physician Substitute) at a donor center responsible for donor health and safety, including monitoring donor eligibility, performing health screenings and physical exams, responding to donor reactions, and collaborating with center staff. Cross-trained in center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation; will maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight; ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant. Opportunity for role growth with potential to earn more through a monthly bonus. Must hold valid state license/certification and CPR/BLS, and be able to lift 50 pounds; weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- Certified/license in the state of employment
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
