Job Summary
Monitor donor eligibility and safety by performing health screenings, physical exams, and responding to donor reactions with immediate care. Manage health logs and test results under clinical oversight while maintaining exam room cleanliness, stock levels, and compliance. Work collaboratively with center staff to foster a positive environment, utilizing cross-training in phlebotomy, bottle processing, and station installation. Maintain current BLS or CPR certification and lift up to 50 pounds. Available for weekend shifts as needed. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- Certified/license in the state of employment
- Current BLS or CPR certification
