Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home direct patient care per the provider's prescribed plan of care, including vitals assessment, medication administration (including insulin and IV/fluids), wound care, and documentation; collaborate with providers and care team to ensure positive patient outcomes; flexible FT/PT/PRN schedule for in-home care in Greensburg and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
