Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care as an LPN according to the prescribed plan of care, including administering medications and IV fluids, monitoring patient conditions and documenting changes, assessing wounds and delivering appropriate treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes. Requires active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Flexible FT/PT/PRN scheduling in the Greensburg area (Mount Pleasant, PA) with in-home patient care responsibilities and a focus on patient comfort and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
