Job Summary
As an in-home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Interim HealthCare, provide direct patient care per the prescribed plan of care and nursing scope, monitor progress, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, assess and document patient conditions (vital signs, glucose, wound status), manage wound care and dressings, support personal hygiene, identify and address changes in condition, and collaborate with providers and care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role serves Greensburg and surrounding areas, with flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) and daily pay, requiring reliable transportation to care sites.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as an LPN/LVN in the state of position (Pennsylvania)
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
