Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for in-home patient care across Greensburg and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care per the provider’s plan, monitoring progress and documenting vitals, administering medications (including insulin and IV fluids), wound care and dressing changes, assessing for further injuries or infections, and collaborating with other care professionals to ensure positive outcomes. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in the state, hold CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and have reliable transportation to care sites. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN. Prior trach/ventilator experience is preferred but not required. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state position is located
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
