Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care as an LPN under the prescribed plan of care, including administering medications (e.g., insulin, IV fluids), assessing and documenting patient conditions (vitals, wound assessment), wound care and dressing changes, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered outcomes. Eligible for full-time or part-time schedules with flexible options and Daily Pay, serving Greensburg and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of practical nursing program (LPN/LVN)
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Practical tracheostomy and/or ventilator experience preferred but not required
