Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide in-home direct patient care per the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice, closely monitor progress and recovery, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, inspect and care for wounds and perform dressing changes, assess patient conditions and report changes, document thoroughly, and collaborate with providers and other health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
