Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice, closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions (vital signs, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc.), administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, inspect and care for wounds and dressings, assess for further injuries or infections, and deliver appropriate treatments. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Educational/licensure requirements include an LPN/LVN license in the state and current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification. Reliable transportation to/from care sites is required. Practical trach and/or ventilator experience is preferred but not required. The role is offered with flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) in an in-home care setting with Interim HealthCare, serving Greensburg and surrounding areas.
