Job Summary
In-home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care under prescribed plan of care with one-on-one attention. Responsibilities include monitoring vitals and patient progress, documenting changes, administering medications including insulin and IV fluids, wound care and dressing changes, assessing for further injuries or infections, and collaborating with providers and care teammates to achieve positive patient outcomes. Requires an LPN/LVN license in the state of assignment, current CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) and daily pay options are offered within a home-health care setting serving Greensburg and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state where the position is located
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred (not required)
