Job Summary
In-home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care per the provider’s plan of care, monitoring patient progress, administering medications (including insulin and IV/fluids), wound care and dressing changes, assessing conditions, documenting vitals and changes, and collaborating with providers and care team to ensure positive patient outcomes. Flexible scheduling options (FT, PT, PRN) with daily pay and no overtime, serving cases in Greensburg and surrounding areas from Arona, PA, with emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered home health care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as LPN/LVN in the relevant state
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
