Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in-home care role with Interim HealthCare, you will provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care, monitor progress, and document changes. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions and reporting changes, administering medications including insulin and IV/fluids, wound care and dressing changes, and assisting with personal hygiene. You will assess for further injuries or infections and deliver appropriate treatments, collaborating with providers, aides, and other health professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Required qualifications include graduation from an LPN/LVN practical nursing program, current unrestricted LPN license in the state, and CPR/BLS/First Aid certification. The position supports a flexible schedule (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) with in-home patient care across Greensburg and surrounding areas, and requires reliable transportation to care sites.
