Job Summary
In-home Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care, including medication administration (including insulin and IV/fluids), wound care, vital signs, and patient assessments. Collaborates with providers and the health-care team to ensure outcomes; requires active LPN license in the state of placement, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts in Greensburg-area communities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical nursing program (LPN/LVN)
- Current unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment (PA)
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
