Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect patients for injuries or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. This role supports a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to clients at Interim Healthcare. Flexible scheduling options are available for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.
