Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medication and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes. Schedules include 5AM-3PM or 10PM-10AM shifts with full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Competitive pay, benefits, and incentives are available with daily pay and no overtime required. Current unrestricted LPN licensure and CPR/AED certification are required; practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
