Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Care for patients with illnesses, injuries, and diseases in medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools under RN supervision. Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN supervisor. Assist RNs in carrying out physician orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments while administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment. Work with a team of physicians, RNs, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care. Requires an active Minnesota LPN license, one year of facility experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time regular hours with on-call rotation available.
