Job Summary
Provide client services for medical issues, monitor and document clients' medical status, and report signs and symptoms of withdrawal to the supervisor or medical director. Deliver direct client care including medical assessment, implementation of medical orders, and communicable disease reporting while working with other staff for continuity of care. Interpret medical information for clients and provide public health and screening protocols consistent with agency policy. Work the Evening Shift (4pm-12:30am) with alternating weekends on a full-time basis. Eligible for a sign-on incentive up to $4,000 and a pay rate of $24.03-$27.50 per hour. Join the multi-disciplinary treatment team at Helio Health's Inpatient Rehabilitation Program to support recovery from substance use and mental health disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a licensed practical nurse currently registered by the New York State Education Department
- Basic computer skills

- Experience and/or training in the treatment of substance abuse and/or substance dependency
