Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Inpatient Behavioral Health at TaraVista in Devens, MA. Provides direct care to patients with psychiatric and substance use treatment needs, supports the multidisciplinary treatment team, and maintains a safe therapeutic milieu under RN supervision. Position offers full-time (32 hours) and part-time (24 hours) schedules with days/evenings/nights and weekend/holiday rotations. Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities
- Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
- Previous experience in psychiatric, or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention (preferred)
