Job Summary
Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Assess residents and report changes promptly. Document care in the EMR. Monitor performance and mentor CNAs. Ensure infection control and safety compliance. Completes all other duties as assigned. On-site position at Ingleside Communities in Mount Horeb, WI with flexible scheduling options (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN).
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity (in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
