Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers while evaluating residents and reporting changes in condition to physicians. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) systems to maintain accurate documentation. Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to build strong relationships and ensure safety. Prior supervision experience is required, along with a licensed Practical Nurse credential in the state, and Assisted Living/Memory Care experience is preferred.
