Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for pediatric and adult clients in their own homes using the nursing process. Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders while assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to document actual and potential nursing diagnoses. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, TB or Chest X-Ray clearance, and BLS certification. One year of prior professional nursing experience is preferred. Flexible work hours allow you to create your own schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
