Job Summary
Evaluate residents and provide quality nursing care in their place of residence per physician orders and Homecare Agency Infection Control Policies. Perform start-of-care, recertification, resumption-of-care, and discharge Comprehensive OASIS assessments while adhering to Nursing Standards, Hospital Policies, and HIPAA regulations. Maintain current Missouri licensure and one year of general nursing practice. Day one benefits include pension, 401K, FSA/HSA, PTO, and education assistance. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri
- One (1) year of general nursing practice
