Job Summary
Visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and a dependable vehicle in good working condition, wearing seat belts at all times while driving in all weather conditions. Remain currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
- Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Nurse in the State of employment.
