Job Summary
Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching patients, families, and the health care team while performing duties according to physician orders and the plan of care. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation in good working condition to safely drive in all weather conditions. Possess CPR certification and demonstrate basic technology skills including mobile device operation. Requires graduation from an approved school of clinical education, current state licensure, and at least one year of licensed nursing experience. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director
- Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred
