Job Summary
Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN in Wichita, KS. Responsible for supporting patient recovery and enabling at-home care, educating patients and families to reach healthcare goals, and delivering compassionate home-based nursing. Requires graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program, active LPN license in state, valid driver’s license, CPR certification, TB screening/hepatitis consent, and at least two years of LPN clinical experience (home health preferred). Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
- Negative TB screen and hepatitis consent/declination
- Two years of experience as an LPN in a clinical care setting, home health preferred
