Job Summary
Review and revise patient care plans based on physician orders and initial assessments. Provide nursing care in accordance with individual treatment plans and authorized payer sources. Observe, record, and report client reactions to treatment and condition changes to appropriate personnel. Offer ongoing instruction to clients or families regarding treatment plans. Participate in education programs, quality assessments, and staff meetings. Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists. Complete on-site charting with AI support assistance. Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a weekend rotation every four to six weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Kansas or Compact Licensed Practical Nursing License
- Valid driver's license
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with every 4 to 6 weeks, weekend rotation
