Job Summary
Monitor and record members' vital signs, reporting abnormal readings to the RN supervisor. Observe functional levels and physical condition changes, assisting with medications while noting reactions. Notify supervisors of significant status changes and complete annual in-home supervisory visits to monitor personal support aides. Prepare progress notes, document member status, teach self-care activities, and provide skilled nursing services. Review and sign clinical record entries made by supervised aides. Collaborate with the supervising RN to update member care plans. Full-time position in Cobb County requires current Georgia LPN licensure, one year of clinical experience, and an approved nursing program graduate degree.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Professional Nursing Program
- Current LPN licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia
- One year of related experience in a clinical environment
