Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for AW Health Care, a St. Louis-based home health agency, to administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis under RN supervision. Responsibilities include implementing the nursing care plan, performing nursing services and treatments, observing and reporting patient conditions, teaching andCounseling patients and families, maintaining medical records, participating in staff meetings and care conferences, and taking on-call duty including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires LPN licensure in the practicing state(s), with a preferred minimum of one year of nursing experience, and the ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment; physical requirements include heavy lifting and long periods of standing. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of practical (vocational) nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in nursing, preferred.

- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
