Job Summary
Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional care, teaching patients and families while performing tasks per physician orders and the established plan of care. Provide direct home health and hospice support, utilizing mobile device technology and maintaining a valid driver's license with required auto liability insurance. Maintain dependable transportation in all weather conditions and hold current CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice
- Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred
