Job Summary
Visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and in compliance with physicians' orders. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and a dependable vehicle in good working condition capable of handling all weather conditions. Wear seat belts at all times while driving. Hold current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
Required Qualifications

- Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
