Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join BAYADA Home Health Care in the Fayetteville Visits office on a full-time, part-time, or per diem basis. Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to adult clients in clients' homes across Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties. Must have at least one year of LPN experience and an active North Carolina license. Responsibilities include home visits, administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures; monitoring client conditions and reporting changes; following doctors’ orders; client assessments; case management and coordination; and documenting care using electronic medical records. Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Licensed Practice Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable experience as an LPN.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
