Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join BAYADA Home Health Care in the Davidson County Visits office. Performs home visits to geriatric clients in designated North Carolina territories, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitors client conditions, reports changes to Clinical Manager/Client Services Manager, follows doctors’ orders, and conducts client assessments. Responsible for case management, coordination, and accurate documentation of observations and interventions in EMR on a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. Requires NC LPN license, at least one year of recent LPN experience, and ability to travel to cases. Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Licensed Practice Nurse in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable LPN experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma)
