Job Summary
Provide high-quality, one-on-one LPN home health care to geriatric patients in patients’ homes across Central Palm Beach County; follow supervising RN’s treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with the supervising RN. Per-visit compensation structure with fixed rates for completed visits; includes rapid credentialing and immediate start opportunities in West Palm Beach area. Must hold active Florida LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and have reliable transportation; Kinnser/WellSky experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Kinnser/WellSky experience is a plus (not required)
