Job Summary
Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents on 2nd and 3rd shifts; perform daily rounds and assessments, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation. Communicate changes in condition to residents, families, and healthcare providers; assist in developing and updating resident care plans; supervise nursing staff and train new/temporary employees; ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and infection-control protocols; participate in quality assurance activities and state survey processes. Requires RN/LPN licensure in the appropriate state and graduation from an accredited nursing program; 1+ year nursing experience preferred. LOCATION: Greensburg, IN. Shift options include 2nd and 3rd shifts with PRN availability; sign-on bonus offered.
