Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents as cherished members of the family, fostering a culture of respect and professional growth. Communicate effectively with diverse individuals while making independent decisions based on knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and long-term care regulations. Maintain an active Virginia LPN license from an accredited program with preferred experience in long-term care settings. Work the day shift with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
