Job Summary
Provides prescribed dialysis treatment and nursing care to dialysis patients; renders professional nursing care using the nursing process; acts as Team Lead when necessary and collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care; ensures a safe patient environment following policies and procedures; requires standing and bending; requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and current LPN licensure; flexibility to work a varied schedule; must pass Ishihara color vision test; authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship); sign-on and referral bonuses; extensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, 401K with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
- Employee must successfully pass Ishihara’s Color Blind Test
