Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the team to develop care plans, and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Prepare and administer medications as ordered, order supplies and equipment, and admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Complete accident/incident reports and meet with residents or family members to report problem areas to the Nurse Supervisor. This role requires a current, unencumbered, active LPN license and knowledge of age-related resident needs. Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in this state
- knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care
