Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care and clinical assessments in a home setting while administering medications and treatments according to care plans. Assist with complex Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility support, monitor health status, and manage clinical paperwork with medication reminders. Maintain clear, reliable communication with clients, families, and care coordinators. Active Massachusetts LPN License required; previous home care or hospital experience is a plus. Weekly direct deposit and mileage reimbursement available for assignments near Boston.
