Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents by administering medications and treatments within your scope of practice. Monitor resident conditions including vital signs, report changes appropriately, and encourage restorative care to support independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety while maintaining accurate documentation of all care provided. Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, resident-centered environment while following facility standards and nursing best practices. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Current Illinois LPN or RN license required with graduate of an accredited nursing program.
