Job Summary
Deliver specialized nursing services in compliance with organizational policies and physician-created care plans. Prepare clinical progress notes, assist RNs and physicians with end-of-life duties, and implement treatment plans using aseptic techniques. Help patients learn self-care, assess responses to care, and ensure relevant information is communicated to team members. Submit documentation according to agency policies and attend in-service programs and interdisciplinary team meetings. Requires current LPN licensure, reliable transportation, and strong scheduling capabilities.
