Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, plan interventions, evaluate progress, and execute medical regimes including administering medications and treatments. Conduct technical direct care tasks such as vital signs monitoring and direct supervision of direct care staff on the unit. Provide health education and case management within a trauma-sensitive, recovery-oriented environment serving adolescents, seniors, and co-occurring disorder patients. Full-time 12-hour shifts with 24/7 coverage; Level II and III licenses required with 1–3 years experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse III: Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse and three years of practical nursing experience
- Licensed Practical Nurse II: Oklahoma license as a licensed practical and one year of practical nursing experience
- Licensed Practical Nurse I: Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license
