Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for Adult Inpatient departments. Provide direct/indirect professional nursing services including assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, health education, case management, and administration of medications and treatments. Responsibilities include performing technical nursing tasks (vital signs, medication administration), directing on-unit care staff, and supporting a trauma-sensitive, recovery-oriented approach in a 12-hour shift environment at the Lawton, OK facility. Requires Oklahoma LPN license, applicable experience levels (I-III as defined), willingness to travel as needed, and compliance with pre-employment testing. Required Qualifications
- Oklahoma licensed practical nurse
- Oklahoma license as a licensed practical nurse
- three years of practical nursing experience (LPN III) OR one year experience (LPN II) OR possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license (LPN I)
- ability to meet physical examination requirements
- valid driver's license for travel as needed
