Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) eligible for sign-on bonus in a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include collecting admission information, recording residents' health details and vitals, administering medications and injections, wound care, supervising CNAs, assisting residents with hygiene, monitoring intake and output, and supporting resident daily living activities; two-tiered insurance, tuition reimbursement, shift differentials for evenings/nights, and flexible FT/PT/per-diem schedules are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Valid LPN state license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
- Ability to work as a team member
