Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to patients, administers medications and treatments, reinforces health instructions to patients and families, collaborates with the care team to plan and evaluate nursing care, assists with admission/transfer/discharge, monitors vital signs and patient condition, documents observations in charts, maintains a safe and comfortable environment, and may assist with unit management or assume charge of a unit as assigned.
