Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Lead shift operations by supervising Resident Care Assistants and Medication Technicians, coordinating care assignments, and making residence decisions in the executive director's absence. Administer medications per physician orders, maintain narcotic counts, and conduct change-of-shift reports while monitoring e-call systems and resident charts. Coach staff on care standards, enforce disciplinary procedures, and respond promptly to emergencies or suspected abuse. Document all health status changes, observations, and incident reports in compliance with state regulations and CDC precautions.
