Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Coordinate resident care and supervise Resident Care Assistants and Medication Technicians as the shift supervisor for the Wellness Department. Delegate tasks, administer medications per physician orders, and maintain accurate documentation on medication administration records. Monitor e-call systems, conduct narcotic counts, and respond promptly to emergencies while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Coach staff on care standards, handle disciplinary reports, and report significant resident condition changes to the physician. Conduct change-of-shift reports and orient new associates on job training. Perform duties as required by the Wellness Director within a senior living environment.
