Job Summary
Collect required information from new Residents during admission and record health details including vitals and temperature. Administer medications and injections, treat and dress wounds or bedsores, and assist Residents with personal hygiene and dressing. Monitor food and liquid intake and output while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants as needed. This role supports resident dignity and independence in a 176-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility near Albany and Syracuse.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid LPN State license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
