Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct nursing care to residents in a 176-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include collecting admission information, recording vital signs and health details, administering medications and injections, treating wounds and bedsores, supervising CNAs as needed, helping Residents with personal care, and monitoring food and fluid intake/output. Must work as part of a team and maintain licensure in good standing.
Required Qualifications
